European Data Think Tank
The European Data Think Tank is a non-profit association in Denmark promoting independent, vendor-neutral data practices and skills across Europe.
Our purpose
We aim to develop and share practical knowledge on data management and data governance. The Think Tank produces intellectual property, research, events and educational materials that support organisations and individuals in making responsible and effective use of data.
Governance
How We Work and Make Decisions
Management Board
The association is overseen by an elected Management Board responsible for strategic direction and governance.
Annual Members Meeting
The Annual Meeting is the highest decision-making body, where all members actively participate.
Transparency & Reporting
Members review the President’s report, approve financial statements, and validate the annual budget.
Democratic Decisions
Members elect the Management Board and auditor, and vote on proposals and bylaw changes.
